Check-in & check-out
Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Arriving early? We'll gladly store your bags. Late check-out is offered when possible, especially for direct bookings and Ember Rewards members.
- A photo ID and payment card are needed on arrival.
- Room guests must be 18 or older.
- Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival at no charge.
Parking
Covered self-parking is available for hotel guests, with valet at the front entrance. Rates are shown on your confirmation.
Responsible gaming
Gaming at Ember Escape is for guests aged 21 and over. It should always be entertainment, never a way to earn money.
- Decide your budget and time limit before you play.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose.
- Take regular breaks, and stop if it stops being fun.
- Any host can arrange a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, privately and without judgment.
